This is a temporary position with the option for permanent employment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing calendars and mail, as well as for needs assessment and forecasting. Your Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and mail
- Needs assessment and forecasting, organizing and planning meetings, coordinating with assistants, managing MoMs (e.g., follow-up communication, action items)
- Logistics for events and webcasts
- Disseminating internal and external information within the team; contributing to positive working relationships and facilitating communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Performing administrative office tasks, serving as a point of contact for IT and facility management, supporting event organization, and handling relevant logistical tasks for the team
- Promoting initiatives to reduce the ecological footprint (reducing printers, plastic, waste)
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/frau) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in assistance and HR administration
- Analytical, independent, and proactive work style with strong teamwork skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
