Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and mail
  • Needs assessment and forecasting, organizing and planning meetings, coordinating with assistants, managing MoMs (e.g., follow-up communication, action items)
  • Logistics for events and webcasts
  • Disseminating internal and external information within the team; contributing to positive working relationships and facilitating communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Performing administrative office tasks, serving as a point of contact for IT and facility management, supporting event organization, and handling relevant logistical tasks for the team
  • Promoting initiatives to reduce the ecological footprint (reducing printers, plastic, waste)

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann/frau) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in assistance and HR administration
  • Analytical, independent, and proactive work style with strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
