Job Advertisement: CAD Library Administrator and Designer (m/f/d) for AIRBUS Defence and Space

Start a successful future with us as a CAD Library Administrator and Designer! SimpleXX GmbH, a long-standing specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry, is partnering with AIRBUS Defence and Space to find a CAD Library Administrator and Designer for their Manching location. This is a temporary position with a potential for permanent employment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the component library in Catia V5 (Mechanics).
  • Provisioning of library components in Catia V5.
  • Creation and maintenance of simple 3D single parts and assemblies in Catia V5.
  • Active support in the introduction of ENOVIA VPM regarding the migration of the component library from Catia V5.
  • Creation and maintenance of mechanical manufacturing documents, such as 3D single parts and assemblies, drawing derivations, and bills of materials.
  • Conducting plausibility checks.
  • Support in configuration control.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of a maintenance database for hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Mechatronics, or a completed vocational training as a Mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in the areas of Design Engineer, hydraulics, landing gear and flight control systems, and maintenance processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, independent, systematic, and task-oriented way of working.
  • Fluent English and proficient German language skills.
  • Tools: MS Office, Catia V5, ENOVIA VPM.
