You will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and clearly presenting information from company agreements and policies regarding compensation, social benefits, and classifications. Furthermore, you will prepare, analyze, and evaluate compensation data, including creating reports and presenting results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Your Responsibilities:

• Collection, structuring, and clear presentation of information from company agreements and policies regarding compensation, social benefits, and classifications.
• Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of compensation data, including report creation and presentation of results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordination with stakeholders in various countries to ensure timely completion of defined tasks.
• Participation in the conception and further development of new compensation programs.
• Documentation and description of compensation policies and processes for HR stakeholders and employees.
• Support in the administration of existing compensation programs, including salary structures and bonus systems.
• Collaboration with HR business partners and management for expert support in compensation matters, e.g., job evaluations, salary reviews, and individual compensation cases.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Administration/HR Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in finance, human resources, C&B, or employee relations.
• Excellent communication skills and a precise, structured way of working.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Tools: MS Excel, SAP, Workday.
