Your responsibilities will include the independent development and implementation of a concept for the digital transformation of performance management. You will also be responsible for conducting data tool analyses. Your Tasks:

• Independent development and implementation of a concept for the digital transformation of performance management
• Conducting data tool analyses and visual preparation
• Design of central reporting standards
• End-to-end project planning, coordination with all necessary stakeholders, continuous adaptation of the concept, and independent implementation of the initial project streams
• Maintenance of existing processes while continuously improving and implementing digital transformation
• Independent and detailed analysis of performance indicators/drivers (e.g., TMA, OSW, overtime, absences, APL hours, etc.) and proactive presentation to the management of the entire Performance Management Team

We are looking for:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT / Information Systems, Aerospace, and Digitalization
• Knowledge in Consulting and Database Systems
• Good communication skills to ensure information flow
• High degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
• Fluent English and advanced German language skills
• Tools: Python, Google Workspace, Skywise, SAP HANA, SQL
