Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring parts availability (main point of contact for production, logistics, and work preparation)
• Analysis of missing parts and corresponding escalation
• Scheduling and release of production orders, as well as monitoring delivery dates
• Regular coordination with all suppliers and participation in missing parts meetings
• Data maintenance in SAP and use/reporting of existing KPIs
• Coordination and definition of logistics activities carried out by the external logistics service provider
• Monitoring and optimization of the material flow from the supplier to the assembly station

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or wholesale and foreign trade merchant, or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in manufacturing/production, production planning/control, industrial mechanics, and logistics
• Teamwork skills and resilience
• Fluent German and advanced English language skills
• Tools: MS Office, SAP, GSuite
