You will act as the main point of contact for key internal stakeholders for the management and implementation of obsolescence case management from an end-to-end perspective. You will also be responsible for assessing the potential impact of obsolescence on series production, as well as supporting risk reduction and the prevention of missing parts. Your Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for key internal stakeholders (Program, Design Office, Strategic Purchasing, Logistics, etc.) for the management and implementation of obsolescence case management from an end-to-end perspective (from case creation to the implementation of the new solution).
  • Main point of contact for affected program managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for assessing the potential impact of obsolescence on series production and supporting risk reduction and the prevention of missing parts.
  • Responsibility for defining and setting priorities and relevant scenarios for resolving obsolescence in collaboration with key stakeholders (Obsolescence Team, Programs, Suppliers, Strategic Purchasing, Design Office, etc.).
  • Responsibility for coordinating programs and convincing key stakeholders to select the most suitable scenario for the fleet.
  • Management of the operational handling of obsolescence in relation to AH processes.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in IT / Information Systems, Aerospace, Project Management, Supply Chain, Technical Documentation, and Procurement.
  • Strong team and communication skills, as well as a high degree of proactivity, initiative, independence, openness, pragmatism, customer orientation, diligence, and accuracy.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
  • Proficient German and fluent English skills (French is an advantage).
  • Tools: MS Office, SAP, Google Suite.
