As a long-standing specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry, and in partnership with AIRBUS Aerostructures, SimpleXX GmbH is seeking an Operativer Einkäufer for the Varel location, starting as soon as possible, through temporary employment with an option for permanent hire.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring daily monitoring of supply chain performance (incoming, workshop areas, internal transport, shipping) and resolving conflicts.
• Collaborating with suppliers (remotely and/or on-site) and cross-functional departments to implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Driving return logistics processes (quotes, return parts, subsequent dismantling).
• Providing an overview of inventory levels and implementing action plans with suppliers to manage capacity.
• Contributing to New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Reviewing and ensuring order processing.
• Receiving and managing data related to order placement in the ERP system.
• Analyzing delays and prioritizing urgencies based on the needs of assembly lines and customer support.
• Managing short- and long-term operational action plans (e.g., delays in retrofitting, missing parts, improvement of logistics processes).

We are looking for candidates with:

• A completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in purchasing and supply chain / logistics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work analytically and structurally.
• Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace.
