You will be responsible for, among other things, the independent project management of construction projects (renovations, modernizations, new builds). Furthermore, you will collaborate with and manage external planning offices. Your Tasks:

• Independent project management of construction projects (renovations, modernizations, new builds)
• Collaboration and management of external planning offices
• Direct coordination and problem-solving with internal clients
• Independent execution and billing of construction projects
• Project and construction management tasks

What We Are Looking For:

• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, HVAC, Construction Project Management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in construction and project management
• Strong team and communication skills
• Fluent German and proficient English skills
• Tools: MS Office, CAD
