This position is offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent placement.

Your Responsibilities

• Quality Data Analysis, Reporting, and Controlling: Manage and analyze quality-related data.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and report on key performance indicators.
• Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ): Control and report on CONQ within the Industry sector.
• Quality Reports: Create comprehensive quality reports for the DON plants.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis in the areas of quality and quality costs (Big Data, SPC, etc.).
• Tool Maintenance and Optimization: Maintain and enhance existing quality tools using VBA, MS Access, and JavaScript.
• Project Management: Engage in Quality Project Management and employ Practical Problem Solving methodologies.
• Cross-functional Interface: Act as a liaison between Production, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, and Design departments.
• Project Leadership: Lead, execute, and support quality management projects, both internally and for clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Plan, define, and implement quality improvement measures (tools, processes, etc.) and ensure a continuous improvement process.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Professional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, IT, Project Management, and Quality Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in VBA, MS Access, JavaScript, and familiarity with B-Flow, Norm Master, and DeMat.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a solution-oriented approach.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Tools: Proficient with MS Office, SAP, and GSuite.
