You will be partly responsible for contributing to procurement activities and will manage tenders and contract negotiations. Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to procurement activities.
• Manage tenders and contract negotiations to achieve the best purchasing conditions according to company requirements (internal/external).
• Monitor contracts (during innovation, development, series, and support phases) with suppliers and company stakeholders to ensure full compliance with terms throughout the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring suppliers meet expected performance in all dimensions (logistics, support, quality, costs...).
• Manage daily relationships with suppliers and carry out projects to optimize customer benefits while minimizing overall operating costs and risks.
• Contribute to cross-functional/cross-divisional teams throughout the tender, contract, and contract lifecycle phases.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in inventory management/material procurement, purchasing, supplier management, operational and strategic procurement, and contract management.
• Knowledge in project management and stakeholder management.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Tools: SAP, SAP/R3, and Google Workspace.
