You will be responsible for supporting the Customer Logistics Manager in civil and military order administration. You will also participate in quote preparation, order entry, material availability, allocation, and delivery coordination. Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Customer Logistics Manager (CLM) in civil and military order administration
• Participate in quote preparation, order entry, material availability, allocation, and delivery coordination, including communication with warehouse and freight forwarders
• Support the implementation of "By the Hour" contracts and ensure customer satisfaction in the spare parts, repair, and service business
• Close collaboration with relevant support and service departments in Germany and France (e.g., AOG, warranty, logistics, material planning, procurement, technical support, price management)
• Work in an international, multicultural environment with a focus on agility, responsiveness, and compliance

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial/technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in work preparation, dispatching, material procurement, purchasing, commercial administration, supplier management, and supply chain/logistics
• Confident, structured, and self-assured demeanor
• Strong team and communication skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
