You will be responsible for answering all questions regarding activity for the front office teams. You will also monitor business activities in the area of time and materials and ensure early detection of deviations and weak signals. Your Tasks:

• Answering all questions regarding activity for the front office teams: from clarifying the catalog and analyzing actual costs to all necessary guidance for business processing - civil and military.
• Monitoring business activities in the area of time and materials, ensuring early detection of deviations and weak signals.
• Identifying, evaluating, and proposing measures for risks and opportunities to strengthen and further develop the business.
• Supporting teams regarding performance and especially commercial gestures.
• Conducting analyses and reports upon request based on performance.
• Ensuring the sustainable application of improvement approaches in all relevant areas.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau), certified specialist (Fachwirt/in), or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in controlling, finance, customer service, lean principles, right-first-time approach, lean/operating systems, problem-solving methods, quality standards, and the transfer and coaching of improvement principles, methods, tools, and techniques.
• Strong team and communication skills, a high degree of perseverance, discipline, and flexibility, as well as an analytical and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Basic German and business-fluent English skills.
