Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Management & Team Development: Steering, coaching, and further development of the Inside Sales team.
  • Active Participation in Daily Business (Inbound & Outbound): Handling and processing customer inquiries via phone and email, taking over escalation cases, and active acquisition of new customers by phone.
  • Interface & Coordination: Close collaboration with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations).
  • Product Ownership Light: Product development for Virtual Office**.
  • Pricing & Offer Management: Regular review and adjustment of pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Customer Analysis & Business Development: Analysis of existing customers and opportunities to identify growth potential.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Development and implementation of targeted promotional campaigns together with the marketing team.
  • Reporting & Tools: Utilization of Sugar CRM (future Salesforce) and Power BI for analysis and management of relevant KPIs.

Your Profile

  • Studies in Business Administration or a comparable education -- alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Professional experience in sales or product management.
  • Strong passion for sales and enjoyment in acquiring, retaining, and maximizing customer potential.
  • Strong enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as a high degree of closing strength.
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking with a clear focus on revenue, margins, and goal achievement. Resilience and stress resistance are also part of your DNA.
  • Analytical skills and a very good understanding of sales strategies, market mechanisms, and customer needs.
  • Confident use of CRM and BI tools (ideally Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
