Aviation Tableau Expert Role

As an Aviation Tableau Expert, you'll be at the nexus of product, data, and customer success. You will own our customer-facing Tableau dashboards, a critical tool for our global airline and aviation consultancy clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Ownership

• Designing, owning, and continuously improving customer-facing Tableau dashboards.
• Integrating and validating new data from our digital twin team.
• Translating customer and business needs into intuitive dashboard solutions.
• Collaborating with the digital twin team to enhance data models and dashboard logic.

Customer Success & Engagement

• Supporting the Head of Commercial with customer requests.
• Assisting global clients with data understanding and usage.
• Gathering direct customer feedback in client meetings.
• Troubleshooting data and dashboard issues with internal teams.

Product Feedback & Data Delivery Loop

• Collecting, structuring, and prioritizing customer feedback for product development.
• Defining feature improvements and roadmap priorities with the product team.
• Managing and delivering data packages accurately and on time.
• Acting as a liaison between the product team and external clients.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Tableau, including dashboard and data source development.
• Understanding of financial statements and data models.
• Strong data intuition, analytical skills, and ability to derive clear insights from complex data.
• Data modeling capabilities and experience with data pipelines or BI tools.
• Excellent organizational, proactive, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Experience in a customer-facing analytics, consulting, or product role is highly desirable.
• Aviation industry experience is a strong plus.
