Your Daily Tasks
- You shape strategic decisions by providing pragmatic employment law advice that balances risk, innovation, and compliance.
- You master the art of combining global standards with local specifics in more than four EMEA countries.
- You build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, working both independently and as a dedicated team player to foster consensus and informed decisions across departments.
- You leverage your expertise to make informed judgments about when to engage external legal counsel, ensuring their contributions are cost-effective and valuable.
- You collaborate closely with other members of the legal team to share best practices and implement risk management strategies.
- You actively monitor legal developments and use this knowledge to ensure compliance with personnel policies and practices.
- You train internal stakeholders on legal issues, policies, and processes in accordance with company standards.
What You Bring
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) with ideally 7 to 9 years of professional experience after admission to the bar.
- Practical professional experience in a renowned law firm and as an in-house counsel in an IT company.
- In-depth knowledge of European employment law, particularly in the UK and Germany.
- Strong communication skills and excellent judgment.
- Proven ability to develop solutions that meet both legal and business requirements.

More than 12,000 Slalom employees. Eight countries. 45 locations. And steady, rapid growth. In Germany, we opened our first location in Munich in 2022, followed by Düsseldorf and Frankfurt in 2023 and 2024. The team has grown to over 150 employees and will continue to grow in 2026.
