Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee the strategic direction and overall operations of Smart Dezhista GmbH while ensuring the company's vision and goals are achieved. Key responsibilities include formulating business and financial strategies, leading sales and business development efforts, and spearheading organizational growth. The CEO will collaborate with leadership teams to ensure efficient operations, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive business planning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Business Planning to drive financial health and organizational growth
- Experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to optimize company processes and long-term direction
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to foster revenue generation and client acquisition
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage remote operations effectively
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in industrial procurement or project management is an advantage
- Strong understanding of global markets and international business practices
