About smartkündigen OHG
smartkündigen OHG is a successful termination service provider with a dynamic team and a pleasant working atmosphere. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated part-time employee (m/f/d) in the field of accounting.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 14:00 (20h - 30h per week)
Tasks
- Support the accounting team with daily tasks
- Preparation and checking of invoices
- Recording and maintenance of booking documents
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in the execution of payments and account reconciliations
- General administrative tasks in the accounting department
Qualifications
- DATEV experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (tax office or similar)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and careful way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and quick comprehension
