We are SMTGroup B.V. (the team behind the Diy-malennachzahlen brand), a fast-growing e-commerce company based in the Netherlands. We are looking for an ambitious, German-speaking intern to join our mission and help us make Diy-malennachzahlen a household name in Germany.
The Mission (100% Remote)
As our German Market Intern, you won't be grabbing coffee. You'll be at the heart of our international expansion. Working fully remote, you will:
- Localize & Create: Translate and adapt our brand voice for the German audience.
- Market Growth: Help manage and optimize our presence on German platforms.
- Content Mastery: Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and web copy that resonates with German customers.
- Strategic Support: Work directly with our founders to execute growth strategies.
Who Are You?
- Based in Germany (or able to work remotely).
- Native or Near-Native German Speaker: You understand the nuances of the German language and consumer culture.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a remote environment and don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get results.
- E-Commerce Enthusiast: You're fascinated by how brands grow online.
The Deal
- Work Style: Fully Remote (Flexible location).
- Duration: 3 months (Starting as soon as possible).
- Flexible Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time).
- Competitive Allowance:
- €1,000 per month for the first two months.
- Performance-based increase to €1,200 in the third month.
- Mentorship: Direct digital reporting to the Company's founders.
