About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on outbound sales profile to join our team in Germany and focus on the Spanish market, with expansion plans for Latam.

This is a pure hunting role: your main responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through cold outreach and book meetings for Account Executives.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect new B2B companies in Spain
  • Perform high-volume cold calling (primary channel)
  • Run outbound sequences: email + LinkedIn
  • Identify decision-makers (mainly IT / procurement)
  • Qualify leads and generate pipeline
  • Book meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain CRM data and reporting (HubSpot / Salesforce)

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales
  • Spanish fluent (native or near-native) is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales: Cold calling, Prospecting, Lead qualification
  • Based in Germany (or already relocated): necessary work permit in Germany
  • Comfortable in a target-driven, high-activity environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B tech / SaaS / IT services
  • Experience dealing with IT or technical stakeholders, C-level and directors
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Additional languages: German is a plus
