Head of Analytics Engineering (Fully Remote)

SOFTGAMES is seeking a Head of Analytics Engineering to lead our data infrastructure strategy and empower business stakeholders with world-class data quality and tooling. This role reports to the VP Operations and is pivotal to advancing our games and business.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead a team of data engineers in building robust data and dashboarding infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams on data instrumentation, validation, and maintenance of high data quality.
• Ensure data pipelines and aggregations are efficient and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and scalability, while monitoring and optimizing cost efficiency.
• Own the foundation for experimentation, A/B testing, measurement, and segmentation.
• Build and maintain tooling for deploying and monitoring machine learning models for decision support and automated intervention.
• Identify and execute opportunities for the use of (generative) AI.
• Ensure compliance with data governance regulations.

Ihr Profil

• 8 years of experience in data and analytics engineering, with 2 years in people management.
• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience in productizing and maintaining data science in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, C , and familiarity with software development best practices (versioning, peer review).
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and align analytics engineering accordingly.
