Responsibilities

• Technical Customer Support: You answer questions about our photovoltaic products via phone, email, or online.
• Technical Support: You assist with installation questions, product defects, or other technical problems.
• Offer Support: You help with the selection of suitable systems and create individual offers.
• Error Diagnosis: You analyze problems, identify the cause, and provide concrete solutions.
• Coordination: You initiate repair orders or service calls if necessary.
• Aftercare: You remain the point of contact even after the purchase, e.g., for maintenance or queries.
• Teamwork: You work closely with sales, technical, and product management teams to relay customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Successfully completed training or further education in the field of photovoltaics, electronics, or otherwise acquired technical knowledge in the field of photovoltaics.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of photovoltaics/solar technology, from system dimensioning to maintenance.
• Service Orientation: High customer focus, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in explaining technical issues clearly.
• Organizational Talent: Structured, careful work and the ability to maintain an overview even with multiple parallel inquiries.
• IT Skills: Confident use of standard office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
