You will conceptualize, implement, and optimize modern Citrix environments and seamlessly integrate them into Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructures. You will combine technical expertise with consulting skills to ensure our clients derive maximum benefit from their investments.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n### Consulting & Conception\n\n* Analysis of existing Citrix infrastructures and development of optimization and modernization strategies\n* Consulting our clients on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, and Citrix Cloud Services, including NetScaler\n* Creation of architectural concepts for hybrid and cloud-native Citrix environments on Azure\n* Conducting workshops and technical presentations for clients\n\n### Implementation & Migration\n\n* Design and implementation of Citrix solutions (on-premises, hybrid, Azure-based)\n* Migration of existing Citrix environments to the Azure Cloud (Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop)\n* Integration of Citrix with Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking (VNet, ExpressRoute), and Azure Security Services\n* Configuration of Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Gateway, and StoreFront\n\n### Managed Services & Support\n\n* Technical support within our Citrix Managed Services\n* Performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of productive Citrix environments\n* Execution of updates, patches, and upgrades\n* 2nd/3rd level support for complex technical issues\n\n### Technology Leadership\n\n* Evaluation of new Citrix and Azure features and their potential for our clients\n* Creation and maintenance of best practice documentation\n* Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients\n* Support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues\n* Development and implementation of best practices in the Citrix area\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)\n* Several years of professional experience as an IT Consultant, ideally with a focus on Citrix technologies\n* In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix NetScaler, and Citrix Cloud / DaaS\n* Proficient in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, and PowerShell\n* Very good German (C1 or C2) and English language skills, both written and spoken\n* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence\n* Excellent communication and consulting skills\n* High level of initiative and a solution-oriented approach to work\n* Certifications in the Citrix area (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are advantageous\n* Certifications in Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) are advantageous\n\n## Benefits\n\n* Exciting and varied projects with renowned clients and partners\n* A dynamic and dedicated team in an innovative work environment\n* Training and development opportunities\n* Flexible working hours and 90-100% remote work\n* Attractive remuneration (depending on experience: €65,000 - €82,000 p.a.)\n* Modern hardware: Laptop and smartphone\n\nIf you see yourself in this position and want to become part of our successful team, we look forward to receiving your detailed application.\n\nWe look forward to hearing from you!
