Account Manager
About the Role
As part of their team, you will act as the primary point of contact for our well-known restaurant partners. You will focus on acquiring and developing strategic key accounts across Germany while building and growing your own client portfolio within the company.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main contact for strategic gastronomy partners
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities with key account partners
- Managing and expanding an assigned portfolio of strategic clients
- Providing end-to-end account relationship management, including independent support and service
- Negotiating partnerships with senior decision-makers within restaurant chains and supporting pilot projects
- Planning, preparing, conducting, and following up on annual reviews, acquisition meetings, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions
- Working closely with your Team Lead and global colleagues to achieve optimal results
What You Bring
- A degree in business, a commercial qualification, or comparable experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or key account management
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong professionalism and confidence in contract negotiations and strategic account management
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset with persuasive negotiation abilities
- A structured, independent, and efficient working style with a confident presence
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for developing creative solutions
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations (company car provided)
- Confidence using tools such as Google Drive, MS Office, Salesforce, Slack, and other common communication platforms
