About the Role
A leading global online delivery and marketplace platform is looking for a Working Student to join its Strategic Accounts team in Berlin. This team manages some of the company's most important restaurant chain and enterprise partnerships across Germany.
This opportunity is ideal for a student who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work while also being curious about process optimisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
You'll support Key Account Managers and Executives with operational and administrative tasks, working closely with partner data, reporting, process documentation, and account coordination. Over time, you'll gain hands-on exposure to commercial operations, process improvement, and scalable workflow management in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support (75--85%)
- Maintain and update account lists, databases, and CRM information (e.g. Salesforce)
- Prepare reports, partner performance insights, and operational data for the Strategic Accounts team
- Support partner communication via email and phone
- Assist with day-to-day administrative processes including documentation management, Purchase-to-Pay processes, and compliance-related tasks
- Help prepare presentations, meetings, and business analyses
Process Documentation & Improvement (10--15%)
- Document recurring workflows and operational processes
- Identify repetitive tasks and highlight opportunities for optimisation
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and team productivity
Process Optimisation Projects (5--10%)
- Collaborate with team leads on workflow and automation initiatives
- Support implementation of improved operational processes
- Gain exposure to tools and technologies that enhance operational scalability
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Digital Business, Business Informatics, Economics, or similar)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, data preparation)
- Interest in technology, automation, AI tools, or process optimisation
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with repetitive operational tasks while continuously looking for ways to improve them
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with internal teams and external partners
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Exposure to automation tools, AI tools, or data analysis platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
