We are currently looking for a Deputy Head of Market Operations Service (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of existing work processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Support of digitalization projects and promotion of automation within the team.
• Responsibility for the professional development and motivation of employees.
• Support and technical assistance in specialized areas such as credit card management and securities trading.
• Ensuring compliance with process standards.
• Support of change processes, particularly concerning automation and retirements.

Profile

• Experience in the financial or insurance sector, ideally in a comparable role.
• Expertise in process optimization and employee management.
• Strong communication skills and experience in implementing changes.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to develop solutions for complex processes.
