Responsibilities

Strategic AI Tooling Roadmap: Development and implementation of an AI tool strategy for the tech cluster; decision-making on when to use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, cloud services, or on-premise solutions based on developer needs.

Efficiency and Workflow Optimization: Conception of architectures and best practices to avoid redundant AI calls and manage the exponential growth of API costs.

Business-to-Central Liaison: Main point of contact between business units and central functions; identification of AI-related requirements and translation into concrete AI solutions.

Enablement & Change Management: Continuous needs analysis, coordination with the training department, and ensuring that tailor-made AI training is provided according to business requirements.
Qualifications
- Several years of in-depth software development experience.
- Hands-on expertise with modern AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot Enterprise) and code assistants.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and architectures: Experience in building or deploying multi-agent systems (e.g., Anthropic, AutoGPT, LangChain) and with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
- High self-motivation and pioneering spirit; independent work style.
- Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and didactic skills.
- Security and Compliance Mindset: Understanding of data classification and IP leakage risks.
