Job Description

Responsibilities

"Group HR" is responsible for all overarching HR-related topics within the SSI SCHÄFER Group. By developing guidelines and policies, as well as implementing group-wide projects in close cooperation with our international HR colleagues, we act as a driver for all personnel-related matters. The "People Development" team is part of "Group HR".

As a member of our "People Development" team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Concept and implementation of international personnel development instruments, standards, and processes
• Further development of our existing personnel development tools such as potential diagnostics, competency models, talent management, and succession planning
• Competent consulting and support for our international and national HR colleagues in all People Development matters
• Planning and implementation of target group-specific development measures
• Conceptual support in the implementation of the SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals and Development & Succession
• Competent consulting for technical and managerial staff as well as support for employees of our two holding companies in all personnel development-related topics

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in personnel development
• Know-how and methodological competence from conception to implementation
• Very good internal customer understanding and the willingness to acquire a very good business understanding
• Well-developed social and teamwork skills, as well as the interest in professional and personal development
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as MS Office skills are required
• Experience in using SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Independent and conscientious way of working combined with a hands-on mentality
