Requirements

Must have:

• A successfully completed scientific university degree with a focus on adult education, educational sciences, project management, digital learning / e-learning, learning technologies, business psychology, industrial engineering, or a related discipline (min. Bachelor)
• Profound knowledge of learning methods and technologies and their application in adult education
• Understanding of modern teaching methods and didactic concepts
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and teamwork ability
• Fluent German (C2 level) and very good English (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge in the use of digital learning resources is an advantage
• Openness to the application and implementation of new technologies and innovative formats (e.g., Micro Learning, Micro Degrees, AI tools, games, etc.)
• Profound experience in planning and coordinating further education events or similar educational projects is desirable
• Interest in sustainability, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and platforms

Responsibilities:

• Course and administrative organization of courses for the Digital Learning Campus at vhs Heide
• Participant management and support for ongoing events
• Advice and support for interested parties and participants on-site, by phone, and by email
• Settlement of fees
• Creation of payment orders and invoices
• Cooperation with partners in the learning location network
• Support in operating innovative learning spaces
• Support with public relations
• Evaluation and quality assurance
