Our client, a medium-sized construction company located in the Duisburg area, is seeking a Controller (m/f/d) for full-time employment as soon as possible.

Depending on your qualifications, you can expect an annual gross salary of up to €63,000 in your first year of employment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible steering and support of our individual business units
• Analysis, optimization, and standardization of operational processes
• Creation of budget and forecast plans
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Compilation of key figures and creation of meaningful presentations for management
• Support and participation in special controlling projects

Your Qualifications:

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling, accounting, or finance, or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in controlling
• Sound professional experience in controlling
• Good knowledge of KPI reporting
• Experience in planning and managing forecasts for operational areas
• Very good Excel skills
• Teamwork skills combined with independent work and a professional demeanor
