In a context of strong growth and scaling, we are looking for an IT apprentice (BAC 2 or higher) to strengthen our IT team.

You will have a central role in supporting internal teams, improving processes, and managing/operationally supporting tools.

You will be part of the IT and Security team and will report to the IT Manager.

Your Missions

Support, Run & IT Administration

• Daily management of user support requests (tickets & instant messaging)
• Active participation in onboarding & offboarding processes (creation/closure of access, hardware preparation, rights monitoring, etc.)
• Setup and maintenance of workstations (Windows/Mac OS, Linux)
• Participation in IT asset management: inventory, assignment, maintenance

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Operational support for collaborative and connected tools (video conferencing, meeting rooms, internal communication tools, etc.)
• Regular interaction with different teams on cross-functional projects (automations, workflows, etc.)

General IT Topics

• Ensure the proper functioning of all digital environments (SaaS solutions, etc.) and physical environments (meeting rooms, etc.)
• Writing and updating user documentation

📍 The position is based in Paris. 📅 Your apprenticeship schedule is a minimum of one to two consecutive weeks in the company.

Your Profile 🤩 We look forward to meeting you if:

• You have a BAC 2 IT qualification (BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, BUT, Licence, or equivalent)
• You enjoy multi-tasking operational work in an agile and evolving environment
• You have knowledge of Windows/MacOS/Linux environments and/or SaaS tools (Google Workspace; Office 365, Azure AD...)
• You are autonomous, organized, and a team player
• You are comfortable in French and English
