Your tasks
Our AI Strategy Team helps clients design and implement their Data & AI strategies, enabling them to unlock the full potential of data, data science, and artificial intelligence. Working closely with our clients, we tackle a broad range of strategic challenges—from assessing AI maturity and defining AI strategies to designing and implementing new operating models.
As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will:
- Lead smaller AI strategy projects for clients across various industries or independently manage workstreams within larger transformation programs.
- Facilitate workshops on topics such as AI maturity assessments, AI vision development, AI use case portfolio management, and leadership enablement.
- Develop customer-centric solutions, including AI governance frameworks and AI upskilling concepts.
- Translate strategic target visions into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and executive decision materials.
- Support business development by preparing compelling proposals, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our partner ecosystem.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our service portfolio by designing innovative AI strategy consulting offerings and products.
- Analyze market developments in Data & AI consulting and help identify promising future opportunities.
Your profile
You bring:
- A completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field, ideally with a Master's degree.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in strategy consulting, transformation consulting, Data & AI-related consulting projects, or a comparable strategic role within an organization.
- Experience independently managing work packages, workshops, or project workstreams.
- A strong understanding of current AI trends and their strategic implications for businesses.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate complex topics in a structured, compelling, and visually engaging manner.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confidence in client-facing situations, and fluency in both German and English.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).
