Your Responsibilities
- Full responsibility from A to Z! From lease agreement signing to the opening of STAYERY, you will be commercially and technically responsible for the tenant-side support of the project development.
- Is your middle name "Deadline"? Perfect, because with the support of the Development Team, you will take over the project management of our active construction projects and ensure that the deadlines in the construction schedules are met.
- No risk, no fun? You identify project risks, solve them proactively, and report to management.
- Fancy multitasking? As a Project Manager, you will coordinate all internal and external planning and design teams, and represent our requirements management towards the client.
- Nothing works without money? Not with you, the tendering and awarding of our interior design, as well as the subsequent coordination of suppliers and service providers, are in your safe hands.
- Do you like sharing your knowledge? That's exactly who we're looking for! You will act as the interface to all internal departments on construction-related issues and support the technical due diligence in the expansion process.
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Real Estate and Project Management.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in real estate projects.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the hotel industry, interior fit-out, or similar and can draw on an existing network.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and technical understanding of real estate projects characterize you.
- You are happy to be in the office for team exchange to promote our internal knowledge sharing, and you are also keen on regular project visits throughout Germany for important milestones.
- You speak and write fluent German and English.
