About us and the role

Stellaris builds commercial analog astronaut missions and immersive space-exploration experiences around the world - from Mars simulations in Brazil to extreme-environment expeditions. We're now preparing the next missions while gradually expanding toward permanent mission and training experiences as well as infrastructure projects in Europe. Stellaris missions are real experiences in extreme environments.

The working environment

You'll work directly with the founder and a small international network of collaborators. We are looking for someone who helps build the commercial backbone of Stellaris.

This is not a cold-calling sales job. It is a relationship-driven role focused on:

  • High-ticket expedition sales
  • Lead qualification
  • Partnership outreach
  • Offer positioning
  • Sales structure development

What You Will Do

  • Support expedition and mission sales conversations
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Structure outbound outreach campaigns
  • Help refine pricing and offer positioning
  • Assist in partnership discussions
  • Build and maintain a simple CRM structure
  • Help develop follow-up sequences
  • Support proposal creation for VIP clients and partners

You help explorers make informed, serious decisions.

    • Or defined long-term collaboration structure

This role is currently unpaid during the build phase.

As Stellaris scales, structured compensation models will be introduced for core contributors.
