We are looking for
The primary area of responsibility is handling national and international customer inquiries for new and existing customers. Cross-functional collaboration with order/project management, the IT department, and data center management is crucial.
Your Tasks
- Point of contact for customers, key accounts, and maintaining customer relationships
- Developing offers for customized data center solutions for local, national, and international customers
- Communication, consultation, and conceptualization for complex inquiries in German and English
- Support and coordination of international projects and tenders
- Cross-functional coordination of technical customer requirements to create a qualified offer
- Arranging and conducting customer appointments and data center tours, together with data center management
- Representing the company at events
- Planning and structuring personal activities
- Potentially supervising and training apprentices (IT specialists for system integration, IT system electricians, IT system clerks, office management clerks)
- Documenting work content in a CRM/ERP and documentation system
Our customers come to us, so you do not need to engage in cold acquisition.
Your Profile:
- You have completed commercial training, an ongoing or completed degree, or similar qualifications, combined with a basic understanding of technical contexts and IT topics.
- You have experience in customer communication.
- You communicate in a solution-oriented manner.
- You possess confident German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- You are always motivated to offer and sell the best solution to our customers.
- Independent action, structured and responsible work, and a good ability to grasp new concepts, even in unfamiliar territory, are a matter of course for you.
