About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our SiteMaster Küche team in Berlin. This position offers partial remote work and is suitable for individuals with 1-3 years of professional experience.

Gräbert is a leading provider of CAD software solutions and services. Our product, SiteMaster Küche, is an innovative measurement software that offers kitchen retailers and service providers a simple and precise solution for measuring kitchens. Our software is compatible with all common kitchen planning systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries for our kitchen measurement software via phone and email.
• Guiding customers through the software implementation process.
• Recording and documenting customer requests, issues, and change requests.
• Testing new versions and features of our software.

What You Should Bring

• Professional experience in the CAD, measurement, installation, kitchen sales, planning, or support sector.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, for effective customer communication.
• Ideally, previous customer contact experience.
• Reliability, conscientiousness, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge, with a passion for teamwork.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (not mandatory).
