Your Responsibilities:

  • Clarify policyholder inquiries, provide comprehensive advice, and offer information on applications and benefit entitlements within social insurance law, with a focus on statutory long-term care insurance.
  • Manage the complete processing of claims for benefits in kind and cash, ensuring smooth handling.
  • Coordinate and process reimbursement claims in collaboration with other teams, service points, and competence centers within the scope of benefit provision.
  • Conduct consultations with the Medical Service of Health Insurance (Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenversicherung) as part of your duties.
  • Process lists as part of structured and targeted quality and cost management.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r) (m/f/d) in health insurance, or equivalent training, or several years of professional experience in the benefits department of a health insurance company.
  • Very good knowledge of the benefits law of statutory long-term care insurance.
  • Enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a constructive and productive work environment.
  • Focus on the needs of policyholders and provide friendly support.
  • Good MS Office skills.
