Marketing Data Analyst -- Business Banking (w/m/d)

Location: Berlin or Frankfurt Work Model: Hybrid (Partially Homeoffice) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Communication, Marketing, and Public Relations

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage your top-notch data skills to analyze the acquisition funnel and create tailored analyses for its performance, supporting cross-product management and the implementation of analytical, commercial measures in Business Banking.
  • Identify, examine, and interpret trends and patterns within complex datasets (structured and unstructured text data) to build the foundation for a data-driven strategy across all bank divisions.
  • Dive deep into all aspects of marketing and sales through experiments, ad-hoc analyses, self-service analytics, and the evaluation of (digital) campaigns, deriving sharp conclusions.
  • Clearly and convincingly present your findings to internal stakeholders, deriving concrete, actionable recommendations.
  • Take responsibility for the development and implementation of regular, standardized reports, including upstream scripts for data selection and storage, ensuring analyses are impactful and sustainable.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Experience in digital ecosystems, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, data reporting, and statistics; Python & SAS are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and financial services.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to translate multi-channel and lifecycle data into strategic insights.
  • Very good PowerPoint skills and the ability to communicate analytical results persuasively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with team spirit.
  • Ability to think beyond your own scope and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
