Area Sales Manager - South Germany & Austria (Professional Division)

For an internationally recognized company and global leader in technological innovation within the professional food equipment sector, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial:

AREA MANAGER SOUTH GERMANY & AUSTRIA -- PROFESSIONAL DIVISION

Location: Remote | Core Regions: Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg Employment: Direct hiring by international company

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve budget targets within the assigned territory
  • Develop and strengthen the dealer/distributor network across South Germany & Austria
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Coordinate demos, trade fairs, events, and product presentations
  • Support partners with commercial and product positioning activities
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to drive continuous business development

Ideal Profile:

  • 3--5 years of experience in Area Management / Sales Management roles within food technology, machinery, professional equipment, or related sectors
  • Strong experience managing dealer and distributor networks internationally
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
  • Strong autonomy, resilience, and relationship-building skills
  • Availability for frequent travel within the territory
  • Fluent German and English
