For our Sales Team, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately. CONTENT FLEET is a digital content marketing agency based in Hamburg and Cologne. We are over 200 fleet members -- all individual, creative, and true originals. Job Description

As part of the Sales Team at SEEDING ALLIANCE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base in the Native Advertising sector. You will acquire new direct clients to optimally market Native Advertising and other products. You will work closely with all departments in the company to achieve the best results together.

Your Tasks in Detail:

  • You will actively approach potential new clients -- via phone, email, and at events -- and convince them with real added value regarding Native Advertising.
  • You will develop your own sales strategies, implement creative ideas, and enjoy transforming new contacts into strong customer relationships.
  • You will advise our clients individually and at eye level, recognize their needs, and put together suitable offers that fit them well.
  • You will stay in touch even after the contract is signed, conduct performance checks, and identify potential for long-term cooperation.
  • You will represent us at events, trade fairs, and in online meetings in a likeable and competent manner.
  • You will document your activities in the CRM system and keep an open eye for trends, new target groups, and exciting leads.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • You have two to five years of experience in sales -- whether from the media world or the agency environment.
  • You have basic knowledge of digital marketing and are eager to specialize in Native Advertising and Content Marketing.
  • You understand the KPIs and objectives of our clients and know how performance campaigns work.
  • You enjoy approaching people, are a good listener, have a feel for customer needs, and can explain complex topics understandably and with enthusiasm.
  • You are highly results-oriented without losing sight of partner-like customer relationships.
  • You are well-organized, proactive, and keep a cool head even during busy periods.
  • You communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally -- whether in conversation, by phone, email, or in presentations.
  • Do you have experience with CRM systems and/or enjoy working with numbers and tools? Even better!
  • If you live in Hamburg or Cologne, we consider it an advantage.
