Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, primarily based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and develop comprehensive business solutions. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring successful project implementation. Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Analysis, including gathering, documenting, and assessing business requirements
• Strong Analytical Skills and capability to interpret data to support informed decision-making
• Experience with developing and optimizing Business Processes for increased efficiency
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and teams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
