(Senior) Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Do you understand how to excite, activate, and retain students long-term via social media, influencers, performance channels, and content along the funnel? Then, as a (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are exactly right with us and will significantly drive the growth of our free learning platform.

Your Tasks:

• Conception and management of social media and influencer campaigns -- from creator collaborations to viral content formats
• Responsibility for the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.)
• Further development of our CRM and retention marketing (email, push, in-app communication) to increase engagement and lifetime value
• Identification and testing of new growth levers and acquisition channels (e.g., partnerships, UGC, community approaches)
• Close collaboration with content, product, and data teams to develop integrated growth initiatives
• Analysis of performance KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

What You Bring:

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in the B2C or EdTech environment
• Demonstrable success in setting up and scaling campaigns via paid social, search, and influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of social media trends, creator ecosystems, and data-driven content strategies
• Proficient use of tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, HubSpot, Looker Studio, or comparable platforms
• Analytical strength combined with creativity, courage to experiment, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Independent, structured way of working and high implementation speed
• Very good German language skills (min. C2 level)
