Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychotherapist based in Düsseldorf, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Psychotherapist will work directly with clients to provide psychological support, conduct therapy sessions, and create personalized mental health strategies. This role involves offering relationship counseling, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on best practices in psychotherapy and maintaining confidentiality in all client communications.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health
- Expertise in Relationship Counseling and therapeutic strategies
- Understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure or certification as a practicing psychotherapist is required
- Experience in hybrid working environments is an advantage
