Your Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing our events, seminars, and workshops (online and in-person).
- Moderating and supporting online events and ensuring a smooth process.
- Handling pre- and post-event preparation, including quality assurance.
- Managing participant administration (registrations/cancellations, invoices, certificates, general administration).
- Acting as the point of contact for speakers and customers.
- Maintaining customer data in the CRM system.
- Planning and implementing marketing and communication measures (blog, newsletter, mailings, social media).
- Managing and developing our website and social media channels.
- Actively participating in the development of new marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborating closely with management, marketing, and sales departments.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in e-commerce, marketing, or event management, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in marketing, social media, and event management.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing events.
- Sociable, communicative, and enjoy working with people.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools (CMS, video tools, etc.).
- Reliable, creative, flexible, and proactive.
- Team-oriented and appreciate cross-departmental collaboration.
