About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across key business functions. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates based in Germany with strong analytical skills, experience working with datasets, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business planning and operational decisions.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using data analytics tools.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and marketing.
• Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis based on business needs.
• Support ongoing improvement of data processes, automation, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or similar data tools.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and remote-work-ready setup.
