This position is open across Europe and is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within Europe.

About the Platform Team

The Platform team serves as the central hub connecting all aspects of Sword Health. We are integral to the member journey, ensuring that every interaction within Thrive, Bloom, Move, or Mind feels like a unified and seamless experience.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the Platform product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Utilize AI as a foundational element, not an add-on, to redefine how members access care.
  • Champion a holistic, member-centric perspective to guarantee cohesive experiences across all programs.
  • Prioritize rapid shipping, continuous experimentation, and swift learning, demonstrating impact at every stage.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, and clinical teams to create simple, elegant, and impactful cross-functional services.
  • Build and scale core platform capabilities, including navigation, notifications, member profiles, scheduling, experimentation, and the design system, to support all products.
  • Develop into a leadership role, potentially Group PM or Head of Product, by mentoring other PMs and influencing Sword Health's product culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Expertise: Minimum of 8 years in product management, with substantial experience in platform, consumer, or multi-product environments.
  • User-First Mindset: Ability to translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences.
  • Outcome Orientation: A relentless focus on results, with proficiency in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation, engagement, and retention.
  • AI Fluency: A practical understanding of how AI can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery.
  • Bias for Action: Thrives in ambiguous situations, makes swift decisions, and validates assumptions early.
  • Product Craft: Mastery of discovery, lean development, and simplifying complex problems into intuitive solutions.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Strong communication skills to align engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams around shared objectives.
