HR Controller (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

Location: Frankfurt am Main | Up to 3 days of home office per week

We are seeking an HR Controller (m/w/d) for a full-time, two-year fixed-term position at an internationally active, innovation-driven company in the pharma/medical technology sector. Your Role 🎯

As part of the HR team, you will actively drive the further development of HR data, analyses, and reporting structures, ensuring that HR key figures are not only collected but also strategically utilized.

Your Responsibilities 📊

  • Responsibility and management of the site-wide personnel budget process in close coordination with HR, management, and finance.
  • Creation and further development of meaningful HR analyses and dashboards (headcount, personnel costs, benchmarks, etc.).
  • Definition, standardization, and visualization of relevant HR KPIs.
  • Automation and optimization of recurring reporting processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality.

Your Profile ✅

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by a degree (e.g., Business Administration).
  • Several years of experience in HR Controlling / HR Analytics.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP HR R/3.
  • Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and a structured way of working.
  • Enjoyment of project-oriented and cross-departmental collaboration.
