We're redefining how the world's most complex industries develop products. Backed by partners including AWS, Autodesk, and UiPath, and trusted by teams at Hyundai and NASA, we're looking for a driven German-speaking sales professional to continue growing our presence in the German market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Development Representative at Synera your mission: turn curiosity into conversations, and conversations into real business opportunities.

This is a highly hands-on role. You'll spend a lot of time picking up the phone, sending messages, following up, and getting through to tough prospects. But you'll also learn why engineering leaders buy, what problems actually matter to them, and how to position an AI product that delivers real value.

You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing, test different outreach strategies, and help grow Synera's German market presence.

👉 Your main focus areas:

  • Pipeline Building: You qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team.

  • Prospect & Qualify: You engage engineering leaders and decision-makers via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, reaching 60 activities per day).

  • Outbound Excellence: You shape and manage targeted outbound campaigns, working with the Marketing team to optimize messaging.

  • Engage & tell great stories: You spark interest in Synera's Agentic AI solutions through compelling storytelling and value-driven conversations.

  • GTM Engineering: You experiment and find creative ways to reach our higher management target persona. Bonus if you already worked with Clay!

  • Iterate & Improve: You analyze outreach performance, test new approaches, and refine our SDR playbook.

⚡In the first 6 months:

  • You'll get to know our domain inside out: who our ideal customers are, what keeps them up at night, and how Synera solves their biggest challenges.

  • You'll consistently generate qualified Discovery Calls and contribute to building predictable pipeline.

  • You'll become confident with our tools and workflows - from prospecting platforms to CRM systems.

  • You'll understand what makes our product special and be able to speak authentically about the value we bring to engineering teams.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

We believe in transparent conversations about compensation from the start. For this role, our planned salary ranges are:

  • Entry Level (OTE): 44.500 - 54,300€

  • Intermediate (OTE): 51,900 - 66,100€

We determine the level we hire you for based on your experience, the scope of responsibilities you'll take on, and the impact you can drive. While we typically hire within these bands, we're open to some flexibility for candidates who bring exceptional value to the role.
