Global Partner Marketing & Demand Generation Manager (f/m/d) - Remote in Germany
What You Will Do
You'll be the first person to truly own partner marketing at Synera, turning relationships with our strong partner network into a real driver of awareness and pipeline. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing — coordinating with our VP of Marketing Kacey, Strategic Partnerships Lead Marc, VP of Software Partnerships Andrew, and external partners across Europe, the US, and beyond.
You'll be the go-to person to plan and run partner-marketing campaigns like marketplace add-ins for users, product releases, and partner-specific collaborations, leveraging channels like webinars, events, industry associations, digital campaigns, LinkedIn, PR, and more. That means developing joint campaign strategies, coordinating with partners on messaging and execution, and making sure every activation lands.
A big part of the role will be building Synera's partner marketing channel from the ground up — defining the campaign models, setting up the incentives, and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to make sure partner campaigns convert into both pipeline and broader user adoption.

In 6 months:

A scalable partner marketing framework is live — covering proactive co-marketing for technology partnerships, dedicated programs for consulting and service provider partners, and enablement for value-added resellers in select markets.

A partner referral channel is defined and tracking pipeline.
In 12 months:

Multiple strategic partners are actively co-marketing with Synera, including Autodesk, UiPath, Capgemini, Accenture, ARRK, AWS and selected technology partners.

Synera is leveraging co-marketing opportunities with partner associations like VDI, NAFEMS, SAE International, and others.

Partner channels are measurably contributing to awareness, user adoption, and lead generation.

A partner referral program is generating predictable pipeline and contributing to ARR.

What's in it for you?
We believe in transparent conversations about compensation from the start. For this role, our planned salary ranges are:
- Experienced Level: €59,500 - €80,500 annually
We determine the level we hire you for based on your experience, the scope of responsibilities you'll take on, and the impact you can drive. While we typically hire within these bands, we're open to some flexibility for candidates who bring exceptional value to the role.
