Junior Partnership Manager - Remote in Germany

Arbeitsmodell
Synera is scaling its go-to-market through strategic consulting and system integrator partners, most prominently Capgemini, but also others in the pipeline. The vision is ambitious: partners who not only co-sell Synera but who can implement it independently, differentiate their own offerings with it, and generate recurring revenue from it. To get there, we need dedicated partnership infrastructure: collaboration frameworks, GTM models, compensation structures, internal routing processes, and rigorous activity tracking.
Today, all of this sits with one person. This role is created to provide dedicated operational and conceptual support to the Partnerships function freeing up the Partnerships Lead to focus on senior-level relationship development and strategic escalations, while this person builds the engine underneath.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Junior Partnerships Manager works directly alongside the Strategic Partnerships Lead and is responsible for operationalizing the partner ecosystem at Synera. This is not a support role in the administrative sense, it is a conceptual and execution role.
The person owns the preparation for partner meetings, develops and iterates collaboration models (joint GTM, partner delivery models, co-selling mechanics), and builds the internal processes that connect partners to the right Synera colleagues (AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers) at the right moment.
They track partner activities, deal registrations, invited discovery calls, joint proof-of-concepts and synthesize this into actionable reporting. Over time, they become the operational backbone of the partnerships function, enabling it to scale. The long-term goal: partners like Capgemini sell and implement Synera independently because they earn real money with it and can differentiate their offer.
What a week at Synera could look like:
- Meeting preparation: Prepare documents, define meeting objectives and success criteria for upcoming partner conversations. Draft agendas, slide materials, or concept papers where needed.
- Concept development: Work on collaboration models how a partner like Capgemini should co-sell, how joint delivery should be structured, what compensation logic makes sense for partner-sourced vs. partner-influenced deals.
- Activity tracking: Maintain a structured log of partner activities, discovery calls, deal involvement, enablement sessions. Identify what's working and surface insights.
⚡ In 6 months:
- Activity tracking is operational: partner-sourced meetings, deal involvement, and enablement touchpoints are logged consistently.
- At least one structured collaboration model (e.g. co-sell motion with Capgemini) is drafted, reviewed, and ready for activation.
- Meeting preparation quality is high and consistent: the Partnerships Lead walks into every partner meeting with a solid concept prepared.
- The person has developed a working understanding of Synera's product, ICP, and value proposition.
⚡ In 12 months:
- Partner activity directly contributes to measurable pipeline: at least 3-5 partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities are tracked and attributable.
- A joint GTM model with at least one anchor partner (e.g. Capgemini) is live.
- A partner enablement framework is in place: new partner contacts can be onboarded to Synera independently using structured materials.
- The person proactively identifies gaps in the partner program and brings concrete proposals to fix them.
