This role combines strategic responsibility with operational execution where you'll scale the team from four to eight SDRs/BDRs throughout the year, develop structures and processes, while actively testing new outbound approaches, improving messaging, and sustainably scaling the pipeline working closely with their CRO.
What you will do as a Sales Development / Inside Sales Lead...
- Build and Scale Pipeline: Take responsibility for your team's contribution to sales pipeline, ensuring defined targets are reliably achieved or exceeded while monitoring forecast accuracy and conversion rates
- Test and Develop Outbound Strategies: Experiment with new outbound channels, messaging approaches, and sequences to evolve go-to-market strategies
- Build and Develop Team: Scale the team from four to eight SDRs/BDRs with structured onboarding and continuous development programs
- Coaching and Enablement: Regularly analyze sales calls in German and English, provide concrete feedback, and support team improvement in conversion rates and meeting quality
- Process Excellence: Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and workflows enabling efficient work and high quality at growing volumes
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth lead handoffs and develop ideal customer profiles and messaging
- Shape Team Culture: Create a performance-oriented and collaborative environment where SDRs feel supported, can develop, and are motivated to advance their careers
What we are looking for...

- Proven Leadership Experience: Multiple years of experience building and scaling Inside Sales, BDR, or SDR teams in Enterprise B2B software environment, ideally 3-5+ years
- Complex Software Sales: Experience selling complex software solutions with multiple stakeholders, ideally in technical or engineering contexts
- Language Proficiency: Excellent German and English skills for coaching German-speaking SDRs and analyzing their conversations
- Hands-on Mentality: Results-oriented approach where you not only set goals but actively work with your team, conduct conversations, and test new approaches
- Strong Operational Skills: Ability to develop processes, analyze data, optimize conversion funnels, and make fact-based decisions
